Wellness-Centered Program Design

For Sustainable Change

Innovating wellness-centered products, services and systems by combining Psychology client-centered theories and social innovation Human Centered Design to address social problems for organizations working with young adults.

HUMAN CENTERED

We have the solutions to our needs here in Africa. We believe that the person in need is the expert of their context. By immersing ourselves in the stories of their lived experiences we get to understand their pain points and resources. It is then, we can start co-creating interventions that will lead to sustainable change for Africa

WELLNESS CENTERED

We connect with the people we are designing for through empathic conversations to be fully immersed in their perspective. We use client centered theories of psychology to uncover values, strengths and resources that color how the person interprets the world. This creates ownership acritical element in creating sustainable change

FOR SOCIAL IMPACT

We are intentional in how we co-create interventions with organizations. We do our best to honor our responsibility towards timely monitoring and addressing of the intended and unintended consequences of the interventions we design. Our ultimate goal is to create change that has a positive environmental, economic and social impact
